Integrated LED – 5-year guarantee
This guarantee covers the quality and performance of integrated LED modules in our lights. We guarantee that the functionality of the integrated LED module will remain operational for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
The guarantee covers:
- Integrated LED modules in our lights, regardless of whether the product has a lifetime of 20,000 or 30,000 hours.
The guarantee does not cover:
- LED bulbs and/or LED drivers.
- Damage or malfunctions caused by incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, or any mistreatment of the lights. Furthermore, this guarantee is not applicable if defects on the lights are caused by or as a result of physical impact to the light.
- Modification, repair or tampering with the light by unauthorised personnel.
- Any defects resulting from force majeure events, such as natural disasters, accidents, or acts of vandalism.
